Made with Hotend: Share Your Prints
A spool on the shelf is only the beginning. The interesting part is what you turn it into: a tidy workspace, a thoughtful gift, a display piece or a small fix that makes everyday life easier.
Made with Hotend is a place to celebrate the finished prints our customers create with Hotend filament. Share photos of your work and, once your submission is approved, receive a 15% discount code as a thank-you.
Photo uploads are coming soon. The online submission form is still being set up. The steps below explain how it will work when submissions open.
Your print does not need to be perfect
Your first successful print can be just as inspiring as a detailed display piece. We would love to see useful everyday objects, creative projects and the prints you are proud of. A short note about what you made or learned can help another maker get started.
How to share your print
- Create a Hotend account and sign in. You must be signed in to submit a photo.
- Open “Upload your print” on the homepage. This option will become available when the submission form is ready.
- Enter your first name, city and email address. All three will be required.
- Upload a clear photo you took of your finished print. Tell us which Hotend filament and colour you used, and add a short description if you would like.
- Give permission for us to feature your photo, first name and city. Submit your print for review by the Hotend team.
We are asking for photos of your finished prints, so there is no need to upload a 3D model file. If you used someone else’s design, include the designer’s name and a link to the original model where possible.
What will appear on the website?
Approved photos can be featured in our customer-print gallery with your first name and city, together with any print title or filament details you provide. Visitors will be able to click a photo to view it larger.
Your email address will not appear in the public gallery. We will use it to contact you about your submission and send your discount code after approval.
Get 15% off after approval
Once the Hotend team approves your uploaded print, we will send a 15% discount code to your email address. The discount is a reward for an approved submission; uploading a photo does not issue a code immediately. Every submission is reviewed before it is approved or featured.
Help other makers see the details
Take your photo in even daylight against a simple background. Make sure the finished print is in focus and show the colour, finish or detail you like most. Please use your own photos of prints made with Hotend filament and only share content you have permission to share.
