1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times (New Zealand):

• North Island: 1–3 business days
• South Island: 2–5 business days
• Rural areas: Additional 1–3 business days

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted courier services such as:

• NZ Post
• CourierPost
• Aramex

Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
• You can track your order directly on the courier’s website

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are displayed at checkout
• Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or orders above a certain value

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or damaged during delivery:

• Contact us as soon as possible
• Provide your order number and details

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Additional charges may apply for re-delivery

8. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within New Zealand
• International shipping may be added in the future

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos
• For lost parcels, we will investigate with the courier before issuing a replacement or refund
