At Hotend, we aim to provide high-quality products and a reliable experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used filament spools
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the issue

We will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund, including shipping (if applicable)

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item sent

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted
